You're autonomous on all the apparatuses and you know the secrets of the Teaser or the magic of Long Stretch.

Transitions speed up, choreographies become more complex!
At this level, you're autonomous and know the adjustments you may need to make. So you're ready for new adventures and to introduce Rowing series, Tendon Stretch or Semi-Circle to your repertoire.

The acrobatics continue and the flow quickens.
At the advanced level, you should have no injuries or limitations.
