With its characteristic springs, wheels, straps and carriage, the REFORMER is the most popular piece of equipment.

In this class you'll discover the original classical Reformer series created by Joseph Pilates.

TOWER

The TOWER is also known as WALL UNITS.

Built like a circuit, these classes are a clever blend of Cadillac and Mat exercises.

The tower's powerful springs develop strength and flexibility.

CHAIR

Designed as a home-equipment by Joseph Pilates, the WUNDA CHAIR is so much more!

Chair classes cover Mat, High Chair and Wunda Chair repertoires.

CIRCUIT

Why limit yourself to just one apparatus?

Classic Pilates has much more to offer than just the REFORMER.

You'll be able to switch between the different apparatus: REFORMER, MAT, TOWER, CHAIR, BARRELS for a fun and challenging workout!

RECOMMENDATIONS : 

  • No apparatus is more effective than another. The classical Pilates method is a complete and effective workout when trained on all apparatus. It is therefore necessary to alternate between different classes.

  • To progress through the levels it is necessary to train in one level on all the classes: REFORMER, TOWER and CIRCUIT

  • Our group classes are not suitable for pregnant women. You are welcome to join our SOLO or DUO private classes for the next 9 months.

LEVEL 1

Foundations

This is where you learn how the apparatus works and the principles of the classical Pilates method on all the equipment (REFORMER, TOWER, BARREL, MAT).

You'll develop the strength and flexibility you'll need for the rest of your life 💪

LEVEL 2

Prep-inter

It's time to step up a gear (and introduce CHAIR to your routine)! In this level we introduce new settings and exercises to prepare you for a faster pace.

Get ready to discover muscles you never knew existed!

LEVEL 3

Intermediate

With Intermediate level, the pace quickens and so does the intensity.

You're autonomous on all the apparatuses and you know the secrets of the Teaser or the magic of Long Stretch.

Don't hesitate to ask the team for advice on joining this level.

LEVEL 4

Intermediate +

Transitions speed up, choreographies become more complex!

At this level, you're autonomous and know the adjustments you may need to make.  So you're ready for new adventures and to introduce Rowing series, Tendon Stretch or Semi-Circle to your repertoire.

LEVEL 5

Avancé

The acrobatics continue and the flow quickens. 

At the advanced level, you should have no injuries or limitations. 

Some exercises can be performed in pairs for added challenge 🔥

Access to this course is by agreement with the teacher.

To join level 3, 4 and 5 courses you must have your teacher's approval.
Access to the class may be denied if this is not the case.

PRE-REQUISITES

LEVEL 1

It's mandatory to start with Level 1.
Depending on your level of practice and fitness, our instructors will advise you on the next steps.

LEVEL 2

  • You have a regular practice: more than 10 Level1 classes at HUNDRED
  • You have practiced the Level 1 courses on REFORMER, TOWER and CIRCUIT
  • You have memorized the routines and names of the exercises in Level 1

LEVEL 3

  • You are familiar with the settings and names of the Level 2 exercises
  • You have practiced the Level 2 courses on all the apparatuses (REFORMER, TOWER, CHAIR and CIRCUIT)

LEVEL 4

  • You are familiar with the settings and names of the Level 3 exercises
  • You have practiced the Level 3 courses on all the apparatuses (REFORMER, TOWER, CHAIR and CIRCUIT)

LEVEL 5

  • You are familiar with the settings and names of the Level 4 exercises
  • You have practiced the Level 4 courses on all the apparatuses (REFORMER, TOWER, CHAIR and CIRCUIT)

SOLO

A formula in which the Pilates instructor designs a personalized workout.

DUO
