Our course schedule opens 3 weeks in advance, so you can organize your timetable to suit you best.
Pilates is muscle-strengthening training. We use spring-based apparatus and bodyweight exercises to develop a strong abdominal core and strengthen the whole body.
Pilates is accessible to everyone.
To get started in the best possible conditions, we recommend that you begin with a private session. During this class, the instructor can establish a training plan adapted to your needs and advise you on which group class to join next.
Our PREMIUM* Introduction offer includes one private class and two group classes at a special rate. If you choose to join group classes directly, it's important to start with our level 1 classes.
* Offer available only to new customers on their first purchase.
Our level 1 classes are recommended for beginners and more experienced students alike. It's the basis of our training, to which we all have to revisit time and time again.
In addition, at HUNDRED we teach the Classical Pilates method: the equipment is different from what you've trained on elsewhere.
Another option: Our PREMIUM Introduction offer allows new customers to enjoy one private and two group classes at a special rate. During this private session, you can familiarize yourself with the studio's equipment and have your level accurately assessed. At the end of the session, the instructor will tell you which group class to join.
The first step is to identify your level.
You'll find a description of the different levels here. Don't hesitate to ask the studio's instructors for advice.
Secondly, all the equipment is complementary. There is no one more effective than the other. We therefore invite you to sign up for all types of classes, according to your level of practice.
The classical Pilates method offers a range of equipment, all of which complement each other. Ideally, we recommend practicing on all the equipment to vary resistances and benefit from a complete workout. No one piece of equipment is better than another.
You'll find a description of each piece of equipment here.
Clean, comfortable sportswear (leggings, shorts, t-shirt etc…) and a water bottle, which you can fill on site. For ecological reasons, we don't sell bottled water in the studio.
Pilates is practised barefoot or with non-slip socks for a better grip on the equipment. Non-slip socks are sold at the studio.
Showers and changing rooms are available on site. Towels and shower products are provided by the studio.
You can always cancel a reservation by logging into your online account here.
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel up to 24 hours in advance:
If you cancel a class more than 24 hours before the scheduled class time, you will automatically be re-credited on your costumer account. In that case your credit is available again to book an other session.
After this time, the credit will be charged for the late cancellation.
We do not refund on bank account.
Our group classes are given in small groups (5 to 6 people maximum). So it's important to let us know if you need to cancel, even at the last minute. This frees up a place for someone on the waiting list, and allows the teacher to prepare the class accordingly.
Your place is reserved: send a friend!
You can take advantage of this last-minute change to introduce a friend to our studio. For this change to be validated, please email to us at hello@hundred-pilates.com, giving us the full name and e-mail address of the person who will benefit from your place.
When a group class is full, you can join the waiting list. To do so, you must have a valid credit.
Two situations may then arise:
If a place becomes available: you will be automatically signed up to the class and will receive an e-mail confirming your registration.
If no place is available: no credit will be deducted.
ATTENTION: if you are no longer available to attend the course for which you are on the waiting list, don't forget to unregister from the waiting list.
Every pregnancy is unique, and we don't take these months lightly. On your doctor's advice, moms-to-be can book private SOLO or DUO session throughout their pregnancy.
Regular group classes are not suitable for pregnant women.
It all depends on your physical condition. Your doctor's advice is essential.
We advise you to book a private session so that we can adapt the workout to your physical condition.
All the studio's instructors are trained in a wide range of modifications and adaptations to make the Pilates method accessible to all.
Of course!
Some of our teachers speak English, Spanish or Italian.
We also offer group classes 100% in English.
